Charles Darrow's Monopoly Board Game

Charles Darrow started out with round pieces of oil cloth for the game board. He drew the designs of the properties with drafting pins and his son and wife colored in the spaces. The original versions of handmade monopoly made by Charles Darrow in the circular design was the exact size and shape of his kitchen table because that's how he knew to cut the clock gotcha. But you know what? Charles didn't do any of that, he hired a graphic artist to do it for him.
