Document vs Information

The case law says, ok, so under seven 93 e, there are document cases and information cases. In a document case, i am going to quote from united states versus hitzelberger. This is one of the cases that comes up again and again. Because trump has documents, that additional men's ray requirement does not come into play. Prosecutors do not have to show that trump knew or thought the documents could be used to injure the united states. And historically, that's been construed incredibly broadly. It is not unconstitutionally vague.
