Is This a Referendum on Scotland?

Scotland is geographically in the u k. so they have a different climate from legislators down in england who are putting this forward. For them, the idea of having lighter later mostly means that they're going to have much later sunrises than everybody else. And you know, this is government overreach, and it's like ammunition for these people who are campaigning for scottish independence. i think changing the clocgs is a basically fruitless sise. The problem wih daylight saving bill, as it's called, is it doesn't save any daylight because there's only a limited amount,. and in the winter, not a lot of it, not a lots.
