I think it's a real difficult issue that many sporting academies across the world face. It's hard say it's the coach's fault or the player's fault, when they're simply having to play to a game a that's been established by a professionalized curricula. I'm very fortunate, and i'm in a very supportive environment for that. What is crucial to a successful and healthy a eko system is relational ontologys - coaches appreciating that who they are is different from who the players are. That difference isn't to be conformed into a professionalized standard. That difference is to be supported and nurtured through what hether mensis refers to as an aspiration
