When i started meditating, i was like, ok, this is kind of a new thing for me. I really wanted to be sustainable. It's the way that i've talked about workouts, even a shiddy workout, even even a 20 minute workout, is better than no workout. And there's going to be a time when you're maybe writing another book, or feeling a little bit stressed out or going through something dramatic and going, i need meditation. That helped centered me. It helped me, you know, feel like i could handle it. So, a, i love getting i love when clients finds something that works for them.
