Jeffrey: I think it's a really interesting one where you all take on geographies central thinking about how this has happened in the US. Conrad what's your appendix for this week? Jeffrey: We have a short article in the corporate board in 2017 gender geography and the boardroom. In that article we look at where directors on S&P 1500 firms reside, compare where they are where they reside to where a headquarters is. If your headquarters is in the northeast the median women director actually travels a shorter distance outside of the northeast. The median woman has to travel twice as far as the median male and we're talking 700 kilometers.
