Is Russia a Superpower?

The turning of everything towards ukraine is ultimately going to take some of the pressure off the saw hole and probably help improve things, as sahalin can start to kind of play some of these interests of off of each other. Sometimes it's the caring attention that does more harm, you know, than than et cetera. And i think russia also,you know, this isn't the, these aren't state actors, right? And these are, these are private military contractors with shady links to the state. But, um, we're seeing all of the, all of the super powers step up their game across the african continent.
