Calvinists have a quandary to deal with this. If god withheld the sufficient grace needed to in ourselves from lying, then first corinthians ten 13 must be false,. as far as i can tell. And so yourmeeting the philosophical claim of theistic determinism by establishing that adam and eve had the freedom to refrain or not refrain from eating of the tree of the garden. So if believers have liberty and free will and got sovereign, what difference does it make if non believers have libertarian free will? How? How does that automatically make god not sovereign? Or every one hash it out. The question of free will is literally a quest on beingt those two things.
