How to Find a Short-Term Rental?

Tony's short-term rentals are all in rural areas where the attraction is a very small hospital or people just come and stay because there's only one hotel in the town. But also I'm doing Airbnb arbitrage where there's very little risk. The ones that I do own are $50,000 to $100,000 properties. So it's not, they're not these huge investments that, you know, for some reason people aren't coming there anymore.
