Is There a New Prime Minister in the United Kingdom?
A letter calling on President Joe Biden to negotiate directly with Russia for a peace in Ukraine has been withdrawn. The White House and other furious Democrats have called their position an olive branch to Vladimir Putin himself. It comes at a time when there's increased concern amongst the Western, certainly in Kyiv that there may be as we approach winter, a weakening of Western resolve.
