Is Michigan Governor's Race Going Away on Abortion Rights?

In Pennsylvania, in particular, half of the new registrants were young women. There's a ballot question as to whether they're going to codify abortion rights in the state constitution. Michigan governor's race may also turn on this issue. And so in an interesting way, in the most pro-choice states, it has the least impact on local races.
