In Western culture, a weekly reflection helps you gather up what just happened. The Jesuits have something called the examine. They would create a moment where they reflected on what just happened in the past four hours. What am I grateful for? What did I learn? And they use that energy to say, how can I use that in the next four hours for the highest purpose of what they were serving? So there's different levels of this.

There's a better way to be the best.
