Getting Back Into the Zone

CNN's John Sutter talks about how to get back into the zone when you lose it. He says there are a lot of cues in your environment that can bring you back, like music or ritual. The biggest thing is not being distracted by natural distractions such as phone and computer notifications. Set specific periods whereits like, this is the focus time, he says.
