The Challenge of Learning How to Be a Manager and How to Grow a Team

I've been following to do us for years now I've started my own fair share of to-do list apps just like every other developer. One of your big big strategies seems to have been being available on like every single platform. How early on was that part of your strategy and how did that factor into you guys achieving such massive growth? It was actually very early part of the strategy because I kind of like wanted to have a tool that was with me everywhere so it was again like my own use case.
