There's two types of collabs, right? There's the behind closed doors collab. Which can be like, do I like the people and are they prepared to pay the fee? Because behind closed doors, I do what you need. This is what it is. You can exist in the background. There's no external exposure. So we're there with a real estate only edition sustained over time, but it keeps running. Like I checked my stats before jumping on this. We've done 42 units of that book today.
