Introduction

Hongqiao is our final Oscar nominee prior to the awards being given out on March 12th. She's also been in Herron Vice, downsizing the Watchmen series, Homecoming and the Menu. I'm not sure I've ever spoken to someone who was on a boat in her mother's stomach being shot at as they escaped Vietnam. And her father was shot and survived. This is a first for that type of interview. Also I've been going to the gym a lot. I used to hike up the mountain, but I don't even know what's left of that trail at this point. No complaining about the raining, Los Angeles. Better than fire, shut up.
