Hillary Clinton: A Supporter of the War in Iraq
Clinton was in favor of equally aggressive action, if not more so, than former Bush appointee Robert Gates. She helped assert the right of the US government to intervene in any country that's choosing using the most brutal means possible to achieve its end. Clinton and Obama got away with hawkish policies because they stuck to the language of humanitarian intervention and liberation. The numbers tell a different story during one five month period of an operation. 90% of the people killed in airstrikes were not the intended targets. But only 90% of them were innocent people who shouldn't have been killed.
