The Importance of Strength Training for Climbers

Sinew training is something that you're not going to find any articles on relating to what a climber can do to develop stronger ligaments and tendons it doesn't exist. There's scant evidence based guidance on training and nutrition to improve tendon and ligament function in health. These collagen fibers that envelop muscle are often injured areas but oftentimes people have been viewed as being injury prone. The strength and power needed to advance as a climber now these acute and chronic stresses onto the musculoskeletal system result in a wide variety of adaptations.
