Nina is head chef and co-owner of the Black Bull Inn in Sedba. Like Ernest, her mother taught her to cook, but in very different circumstances. She grew up in Germany to Japanese parents; her dad was a terrible cook. When she was about maybe 12, 13, she went to home hospital with a heart attack.
