When Do You Make That Switch From H&G to S&S?

When does someone make that switch from H&G to S&S? You know, I'm not sure if there's a number. For me, it was somewhere between $500,000 and a million dollars a year. There comes a point where you are at work hustling and grinding and you miss your family. If they don't believe in the deadline of your vision, they're not part of your scale team. That is the only time. Think about what you need to say no to so that you can become a very successful people with structure and scale.
