The Role of Human Skills in Coaching
Work in general is just become a little bit more human over the last couple of years. And i think that's obviously a symptom of coaching exploding and going main stream, and it being accepted as something that just helpful all around. But i also think it's this, it's the role of human skills. Human skills are how we do our work as product people, or anyone else. They're just as essential, if not more, in my mind, than technical skills. I would love to hear your take on why human skills and, you know, the coaching that kind of comes with it. Why human skills are so important, and why they play such a special role in your methodology
