The Emergencies Act Is a Successor to the War Measures Act

There are judicial review processes underway in the courts right now. I believe the hearing on the merits for the judicial reviews is at the beginning of April. And we're optimistic that the court in that matter will come to a different conclusion than Justice Rulow did. That would be a significant step towards protecting the rights of Canadians to protest.
