The judge set a $55,000 cash bond. We couldn't get him out if we tried. So he stayed in jail. It was almost like a wake. Almost like someone had died because people just kept coming over. Jennifer had to deal with the shame of what her husband had done. The victim told investigators that during the summer of 2016, Spencer met with her at school several times for a non-existent school club meeting. He also started having sexual relations with the student inside the school on multiple occasions.
