i think you and i have both suffered from impostore sindrome. I felt like i needed at least something somet like semi formal process beforeii felt ready to apply for a job. But there're so many other frecoca people who don't feel the need for that and just get jobs anyway. There are few people who finished a boot campand one that's known to be hard, and one that has other graduates of bo camp coming back to recruit. So it just is a fact that they do help with hiring because they're invested in your career outcome.
