The founder of Lulu Lemon, the day he interviewed him, it was worth 47 billion. He talked about like, I thought I knew this is what it was. And so you don't want to think that because you've had a previous success, you then develop this path and start skipping over process. There's a really great piece of research that was published in the UK. The reason why entrepreneurs fail sometimes on their second startup is not because they didn't learn from their first startups. It's actually because they've taken those lessons from their first startup and now applying them in a context where it's not appropriate.
