Cities and Climate Change
Cities need to be framing their thinging on climate change in relation to it. Let's plan our introstructure for the impacts of a global chane of about four degrees. And we mustn't exasprate tensions between rural communities and cities y by not thinking about those, those boundary conditionsd. The top one % of emitters are responsible for twice as much as the bottom 50%. How many of us here are in that top one %? They're not prepared yet to grasp this equity issue. We're not all in this together but that's the elephant in the room. That will cos meaing any cost benefit analysis you do is very challenging.
