The Importance of Tone and Body Language in Communication
Pay very close attention to a person's tone and body language as you're communicating with them, right? And I'll say this in the example of the Prophet SallAllahu Alaihi Wasallam with Aisharad Al-Ahi wa ta'alaanha. You know, there's a chapter in Sahil Bukhari called the anger of women. The Prophet is showing that women folk need to be allowed to express their emotions. In its full range, from happiness to sadness, from joy to anger to whatever the case may be.
