What Is a Woman? What Is a Man?

What exactly does it mean to be a woman creating God's image versus a man created in God's image? And so far as there are, what does that mean for discipling women in the church? We're all called to conform ourselves to the image of Christ. How is it different? What is different? Because I'm convinced that God is awesome. When he designed men and women, he had purposes and intentions for each and we want to understand them better.
