The Decline of Home Sales in the Second Half of 2022
We have not been able to break under 4 million with any kind of duration since 1996. This means that the buyers that are here now are just a different breed than those, you know, when we're dealing with existing home sales being at 6 and a half million. The ability to get sales much lower from here, it's going to take a little bit more work.
