The Creative Power of Inner Talking

Everything is a manifestation of the mental conversations which go on in us without our being aware of them. We imagine the wish fulfilled and carry on mental conversations from that premise. So no need to shame, condemn or whatever. We simply start today in this moment carrying on the inner conversations from the premise of fulfilled ideals. And it happens from my experience. I started to become aware of these inner conversations and change them before I was not. But if they say something and I feel I'm about to react to it inside, there is my window of opportunity. If they say it is XYZ, then inside I release identification to that reactivity return to the formless awareness and then inwardly speak
