Is There a New Terain for Capitalism?
Gorment and forer sectors are what you call starter sectors. They're the first to come and the first to go in the production process, which means that they kind of there, almost like canaries in the coal mine,. Or barometers or somethingt to where capitalism is going. For example, right now we see that garment factories ae kind of opening up in ethiopia. So that sort of, in some way indicates to us, ok, maybe this is a new terain for certain forms of development.
