I Do Not Be Afraid

The first response of jesus to these people is, you don't have to be fear, fearful. And so verse 21, it says then they were glad to take him into the boat, and immediately the boat was at the land to which they were going. The natural instinct of most people that are leading a movement would be to simply be thankful for all these people still seeking him out. Not so with Jesus. He calls them out for their real motivation in their falling, which is, give us more food.
