The Importance of Individual Differences in Ability
The idea that people are only unsuccessful because of oppression or because of basically like external factors is more popular. But I would say that when I ask myself the question, like, has the world become more egalitarian? The way I would answer that is, you know, how is differences in ability rewarded? And of course, it's not necessarily the same differences in ability that are rewarded today.
