Language is really it's very socially shaped and words change meaning. I might totally disagree with gender identity, whatever, but like, what are you gonna do walk around the world demanding everybody agrees with your worldview? It's like, well, my language reflects my worldview. I can't pretend I can't change that, but I can meet someone where they're at. Language is shared social space.
