There are a variety of ways to practise intermittent fasting, as you allude to in your book. From a practical standpoint, it's easier for people to adopt a daily time restricted eating approach versus five two, for example. And then the other thing is, from a psychological standpoint, certainly compared to calory counting diets where people tend to obsess over how many calories they are eating every meal. But we know what's going on. There's something called lepton resistance.
