How to Maintain and Build Muscle as You Age

Most people need at least a palm size piece of protein, which is not that much for most people. Grass fat or regenerary steaks can be very effective in maintaining and building muscle as we age. The best way to do that is to eat as many wild foods as you can,. That was what I found in the Korea. They actually ate a lot of wild foods. And they were very rich in these phytochemicals, which I believe helps enhance their longevity.
