Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

The work place in the us has been shown as the more diverse place compared to, again, church, community, school system. But it takes a ton of intentional investment to be a more inclusive place. The only way that you get the real benefit of bringing together diverse teams is if you create an inclusive atmosphere where people feel they can share their point of view and it will be valued.
