I wanted to understand, did you guys own the real estate in all cases or did you own some? We own some and Lisa. We own some Lisa and then had options to purchase some. The exit was 26 million that you split then with your brother. Is that how, am I getting the numbers right? Yeah, various. In some locations, we had some capital partners, but it was all location by location.
