CNN's John Sutter spoke with a group of Asian parents in San Francisco. They were upset that their children would not be able to enter the top high school through merit-based admissions, he says. Now they're fighting back and have won an important ruling on discrimination against Asians. The case is likely going to end up in the US Supreme Court as a fundamental landmark case,. yet just like Brown versus Board of Education in the 1950s integrated schools.
