The Three Sides of Everything Real
Hegel says the logical has three sides: dialectical or negatively rational side. But you also have, as you're pointing out, the speculative or positively rational side. So these are the three moments of everything real. To genuinely lose yourself is not to kind of give way to your opposite. It's to become unified with your opposite. Neither is purely itself anymore.
