The ideal commute length is like 20, 30 minutes. This would not be an issue if housing was probably problems. When Apple builds that big round circular campus, they should be allowed to build two towers next to it of employee housing that they control. And if they want to have 5,000 people come to a location, they should require 10% of that in employee towers near it.
