Is There a Place Where We've Got Fear in Relationships?

Bob Greene: Where we've entrusted our heart at any point in our life, and opened ourselves and gotten hurt is a place that we now have fear. When my dad left and I was 14 years old, it was a huge abandonment wound because I love my dad. He also had a coach betray me trying to be sexually intimate but didn't succeed. And then my friends and my girlfriends all within a month. So my trust was just out the window. It was like God betrayed me, God abandoned me. We don't walk around with awareness of what's underneath the surface until we deal with those wounds.
