Defending the Screen, We Forced the Post Players to Use the Screen

The screens defender was holding on to the hilt with extended arm. The other way we worked on was trapping the ball screen. I was a little nervous to trap because my big that's now in e w m ba, she was so valuable to the programme, i did not want her to pick up a fowl.
