How to Start Your Day at 3am

There's a lot of things like a long shower plus incense preferably with a full moon. Make hot cocoa and go to bed early after a shower. Water calms me showers walking by water swimming. I definitely I feel like walking by water is like one of the most like soothing or just like in Hamburg we have like a beach quote unquote it's a river but you know it's still a beach on the river. And there's nothing more calming than listening to waves, looking out at something that's so vast and big.
