Job's Redeemer Liveth Beyond That
In chapter 20, it's zophar's turn to speak. And round too, for him, is meaner than his first round as well. In verse four, he says, knowest thou not this of old, since man was placed upon earth, that the triumphing of the wicked is short and the joy of the hypocrite, but for a moment. The next time we sing that beautiful hymn, i know that my redeemer lives. I hope that we can sense job singing alongside us, that despite all that he's been through. We're still not even done with round two of his of his accusers. But pause here and just bask in the glow
