The Importance of Social Media Education

i really take instagram with the greatest salt you know what i mean. at all like yes there are certain triggers but they have such disproportionate reactions to their life and even when they solve a life issue or figure out the root of the cause they still are left with depression and anxiety. I think that's also something that people don't talk about and something that i like to bring to the forefrontUm just in case someone is listening to this who's like super struggling with a mental illness and can't figure out why they can't figure it out if that's totally not your fault.
