How Important Are Dividends to You?
Btis, as ben invest dividends are a very nice thing to have. For for the other funds that i i ran, er, most of them, dividend wasn't really an issue because there were no running capital. No out performance. Er really was was the the objective. And therefore, it was all about no out performing your index. The the dividend wasn't part of that. Ad the dividend, as we know, makes a big contribution to the return over a long period of time. But over the one three years that we tended to be measured, and the dividend was not a big part of it. So te let's change tack. Because you managed the brunner trust.
