Exploitation of September 11: Political Narratives and Geopolitical Contexts

This chapter examines how September 11 has been used by political leaders to shape narratives around radical Islamist ideologies, while often overlooking larger geopolitical contexts. It critiques the ways in which various leaders have co-opted the memory of 9/11 to advance their own agendas, drawing parallels to the struggles faced by the U.S. on that fateful day.
