What Is the Status of Illyria?
It's a patchwork of communities living along the eastern coast of the Atriatic. The Romans have been mucking around in there from 230 BC, really. They've been heavily involved in the area, but they haven't officially turned it into a Roman province at this point. There may be some actual Roman colonies there as well.
