The Power of Confidence

Powerful is a word that is disinhibiting and it encourages people to act on their own whims and impulses. Your concern over other people's regard is the main source of human restraint and it can be overdone. When you have someone who is apologetic or tends to be lacking confidence, they don't have a lot of clear goals that they make in life. They don't do a lot of hard because they are too worried about pleasing other people. How we treat people especially powerful people can make a situation more complicated. We tend to be less critical and more flattering towards powerful people.
